2 x 40 Watt dual mono integrated tube amplifier, 2 x ECC83, 2 x ECC82, 6 x KT88, new revolutionary high voltage power supply, resulting in very clean sound. In two wood types available, cherry and mahogany. Because of its 25-year existence, the specifications of the Unison Research Performance at an even higher level. This version is called Performance 25th anniversary, equipped with 6 x KT88 power amp tubes Genalex Gold Lion. The preamp tubes are 4 x ECC83, also Genalex Gold Lion. This special version of the performance is carried out with new improved output transformers. These have a higher bandwidth and lower harmonic distortion. All coupling capacitors are Mundorf. The top plates are copper-plated and stainless steel. The red elements can be fitted with black stockings.

Which sonic improvements can we expect from the new version?

The normal version was (and still is) so very good. Immediately after switching on the new amplifier is still clear that something extraordinary happened. There is a certain calm to the listener. This is due to the increased purity of tone, detail and spaciousness. This is to the credit of the new components. There is again less an amplifier to work, and this with a clear signature that is simultaneously completely effaces the importance of music.
