The story of DOSIO comes to life in the heart of the Langhe, a region recognized as a Unesco World Heritage Site in 2014. In 1974, an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 18th century was transformed into a winery, marking the beginning of a journey towards excellence. The estate, surrounded by a single-body vineyard, is located in the historic village of La Morra, at the highest point of the Barolo appellation, on the Serradenari hill, 500 meters above sea level. In the background, the Alps create a natural amphitheater, with views extending all the way to the Monviso peak. At the heart of the winery's philosophy lies the terroir and the enhancement of wines from single vineyards, alongside a constant pursuit of quality, and a deep respect for tradition and the land. In 2023, following a meticulous and careful restoration of the ancient farmhouse adjacent to the estate, Antica Dimora Dosio was born: Agri-Wine Resort with 5 rooms and 2 suites, all offering vineyard views, and an outdoor pool, private and panoramic, providing unforgettable moments of relaxation amidst the tranquility of the Langhe hills.
