The simple steps for a secure transaction.

01 - We accept orders from most countries worldwide, but unfortunately there are exceptions.
02 - Exclusive brands like - McIntosh, SonusFaber - are only supplied in European countries and are not shipped outside Europe.
03 - If you are living outside Europe and like to buy a "exclusive" brand contact the distributor in your country. He is best placed to delivers the Customers, expert advice, unrivalled product selection, demonstration facilities and excellent pre-, during and after-sales services.
04 - We do not ship to countries where Customs impose specific export/import obligations for shipments to consumers, such as China, Russia, Turkey.
05 - We - and FedEx - do not ship to countries involved in Civil War conflicts, Terrorist Insurgency, Ethnic Violence.
06 - These conflict countries are for the moment: Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Benin, Burundi, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central Afric Republic, Chad, China, Dr. Congo, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Ghana, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunesia; Uganda, Ukraine, Yemen.
07 - Take always the country voltage into account, In Europe we have 220V/230V/240V at 50Hz, In some countries is the voltage 100V/110V at 50Hz/60Hz. We have not always access to the 110Volt at 60Hz version products. Ask in advance.
08 - The buyer decide to buy a product and put it in the basket.
09 - The buyer complete the requested delivery and invoice information, address details, phone number.
10 - Mention a delivery address where someone is available between 9am and 5pm, home or working address.
11 - Select the method of payment.
12 - Select the method of shipping.
13 - We set up the final details of the sale and forward the buyer a order confirmation by email.
14 - Check your junk mail folder if the order confirmation e-mail has not arrived after ten minutes.
15 - The buyer makes the payment.
16 - We require full payment prior shipping.
17 - We reserve the right to refuse orders because of pricing errors on our website.
18 - We ship the product(s) to the buyer.
19 - You receive a email with tracking number when the products are leaving our warehouse.
20 - The buyer will receive the package in 2-30 days based on the availability and the shipping address.
21 - Please take in mind that we have a lot of products on stock but HighEnd manufacturers are also build products only at request.
22 - You will receive always an invoice.
23 - If you prefer pickup at our shop in Antwerp, always make an appointment before visiting us.
24 - If you are buying for a company don't forget to mention your VAT number.
25 - Your VAT number will be checked by the European VIES VAT number validation database.
26 - All prices mentioned on the website are including 21% VAT.
27 - If you are buying outside the EU you do not pay 21% VAT and the webshop software retrieves the tax from the amount to pay.
28 - Orders outside the EU are subject of additional fees based on the local laws of the receiving country.
29 - These custom and local fees must be paid by the purchaser to the government/customs in his country.
30 - We do not reduce the invoice amount to lower or avoid import duties at your customs.
31 - We do everything to make your purchases smoothly and pleasant.
