The lack of rainfall put the focus on the low acidity typical of Dolcetto, making it even more harmonious and pleasant. Ruby red wine with intense purple shades. The scent is fresh, fragrant and fruity and recalls cherries. Excellent combination with an everyday meal.

SOIL COMPOSITION
North West exposition, altitude 420 m asl. Mainly clay-calcareous soil with a fair amount of organic substance. The slightly reddish color of the soil is due to the iron oxidation present in the rocks that formed it some millions of years ago. This type of soil is suitable for producing young, exuberant wines such as Dolcetto.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING
crushing and destemming and fermentation with maceration in contact with the skins at 23°C for 6-7 days. Micro-oxygenation up to malolactic fermentation, followed by 4 months of aging in steel on the fine lees.
