HOW TO ORDER
Fiftheen easy steps for a safe transaction.
1. We accept orders from all countries worldwide.
2. The buyer decide to buy a product and put it in the basket.
3. The buyer complete the requested information, address details, phone number, etc....
4. Mention a delivery address where someone is available between 9am and 5pm, home or working address.
5. Select the method of payment.
6. We set up the final details of the sale and forward the buyer a order confirmation.
7. The buyer makes the payment.
8. We require full payment prior shipping.
9. We ship the product(s) to the buyer.
10. You receive always a email with tracking number when the products are leaving our warehouse.
11. The buyer will receive the package in 2-14 days based on the final shipping address.
12. You will receive always an invoice.
13. If you prefer pickup at our shop in Antwerp, always make an appointment before visiting us.
14. If you are buying for a company don't forget to mention your VAT number.
15. All prices mentioned on the website are including 21% VAT.
